Hey, I’m Darcie.

My work sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and collaboration. I’m naturally curious and love helping people make sense of messy, complex challenges through facilitation, strategy, and hands-on problem solving.

Over the years, I’ve supported founders, product teams, and global organizations through discovery research, strategic direction, iterative design, operational alignment, and the development of more than 20 digital products across business and consumer spaces.

I bring a facilitative style to cross-functional work, helping teams navigate ambiguity, align around priorities, and move ideas into action. Whilst I’m comfortable guiding big-picture strategy and collaboration, I also enjoy staying close to the work itself through research, design, delivery, and creative exploration.
