I rely upon design thinking to facilitate collaborative problem-solving workshops and sessions with cross-functional groups, key stakeholders and leadership. I am also a hands-on design lead, skilled at managing and mentoring small teams plus have guided enterprise organizations on initiating user-first design operations.

I have a knack for 0 to 1 product development and making sense of ambiguity. Through various projects, I have led end-to-end processes including the discovery research, strategy framing, iterative design, early-stage development, and growth of over 20 software applications for B2B and B2C markets.
