Customer Experience & Platform Growth Strategies

Applied agile methods in design thinking product development environment for experimentation and implementation of new features and growth opportunities on Edmunds.com. Worked alongside C-Level executives, key stakeholders and peers on several projects touching user experience, research and branding.

Spearheaded site audit, research and recommendations for increasing traffic and usability of video content pages. These efforts were so well received the presentation was shared to all executives and the user experience strategy adopted.

Joined company accelerator team for rapid experimentation of user generated content flows. Executed lean validation research with paper prototypes as well as onsite tests to develop product recommendations and cross-platform experience strategy; which was later incorporated into the live website. 

Also collaborated with design team Creative Directors to help define brand style guides and implement a live pattern library of website UI elements using PHP and CSS. This was a proof of concept which was later adopted by the company and prioritized as a front-end development project.
