Rewards Program User Experience Strategy
Partnering with loyalty program platform PunchTab, we created this user experience strategy for everyone's favorite ice cream, Häagen-Dazs. A great deal of market research was spent on how best to integrate this new program into the brand's current site and social channels. These wireframe designs were used along with presentation materials for the business development team when pitching the client.
