Strategy and Experience for Resource Center Content

Part of the rolling strategy for feature updates to PlumOrganics.com, was the creation of a Resource Center to position the brand as thought leaders in the space of health, nutrition and family planning. Years of research documents were compiled from experts like Dr. Greene, and needed a place to live online.

This was truly a strategy task of digging-through and organizing the research into categories for content type that the Plum audience could find useful. Once strategy recommendations were made, goals for a clean user experience and unique design direction, while maintaining the site's overall look & feel, were underway. New content is frequently added and the center has helped the brand's SEO/SMO.

Update:

While the look & feel of Plum's website has changed this Resource Center strategy remains in place today.
