Service Blueprint of Finance Data Workflows

While facilitating a discovery research project we created this service blueprint and other diagrams to align with workflows.

This was created as a poster and hung in the project space for reference

Analyzed research to create a customer journey for a company Accelerator project (see presentation).

This was created for the research team at poster size to be placed around the office for employees to learn about the high-value customer journey

Validating News Production Workflows & Pain Points

Through user research we developed validated workflows of the user pain points through journalistic workflows.

We documented the validated workflows of our three prioritized personas and noted their pain points

We initially developed a service blueprint to understand what we wanted to validate through user research
